We’re pretty simple when it comes to what we believe in. We believe pies should be good, and good for you — so we craft each gourmet, handheld 5” inch pie with real food from people and places we trust.


In New Zealand, we don’t use words like “organic” or “natural” — we just call it food. It should be a given that ingredients come from humane and sustainable sources.

We take extra care with our pastry. Colorado’s high altitude means lower air pressure, and we’ve perfected what can be a challenging feat — making flaky, crisp, and succulent pie crusts using 100% pure butter, non-GMO, and unbleached flour.

Our chef-crafted 4 ingredient (flour + butter + water + salt) pastry is a versatile rough puff pastry. It bakes to perfection because it’s made at elevation unlike many others made at sea level. Great for pies as well as both sweet and savory desserts. Enough is a package for one 9 inch double crust pie. $14.00

A whole dinner in a pie- we roast chicken, skin and all with lots of root veg- onions, carrots and potatoes with fresh rosemary and thyme topped with gravy and there you have it- the whole roast dinner in a pie!

Chicken, peas, carrots and onions are slow simmered in a flavorful mild tomato based curry with all the classic traditional Indian spices.

The definitive pie, the name speaks for itself. Slow-braised using Colorado beef, local hand-crafted ale, peas, carrots, and scratch-made gravy, creating the ultimate, flavorful bad ass pie.

We love a good curry. Our veggie version delights the senses with traditional Indian spices galore. Cauliflower, chickpeas, peppers and onions are slow-simmered in a creamy tomato-based sauce cooked to perfection with love.


Our mushroom pie is a flavorful, rich and hearty vegetarian pie. We go through a multi-step process of sautéing then de-glazing the shrooms to enhance all the flavors. The outcome is the most mushroomy-flavored pie ever.

A classic cherry pie made with sour cherries and a touch of sugar. This is a cherry lovers pie through and through.

apple brown butter

A classic and very humble apple pie made with tart granny smith apples. Chef browns the butter for a warm flavor then adds vanilla and not too much sugar.
